Our Promise

Leather is meant to outlast the person who sold it to you. We build ours that way, and we stand behind it for as long as you own it.

Manufacturing defects, covered for life

If a seam opens, a rivet fails, or the leather separates because of how it was made, send us a photo and we will send you a new one. Keep the original. There is no time limit, and there is nothing to ship back.

If the piece is out of stock at that moment, we will tell you how long the wait is before you decide.

Repairs, covered for life

Everyday wear is not a defect, it is a life being lived. A loosened stitch after five years, a strap worn thin, a snap that has given up. Send your piece to us and we will repair it. You cover the shipping, we cover the work. No time limit here either.

Personalized pieces

Items stamped with your name are covered the same way against manufacturing defects. Because they are made for one person, they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

What is not covered

Damage from misuse or accidents, and the color change that comes with age. Full grain leather darkens and softens as you carry it. Patina is not wear, it is the point.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The piece must be unused and in its original condition, and once the return is approved we send you a return shipping label. Personalized items are the exception: they are made for one person and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
