foil rather than a laser line. It is a warmer, deeper mark, and it ages with the cover instead of

Journal Dimensions and Material
The cover is warm brown full-grain leather with a vintage patina, the grain of the hide open on
the surface, with the embossed salamander at the edge. It darkens over the years and every crease
