We stamp names on most of our leather pieces for free. Here you can see how to ask for it, what can and can't be stamped, and how many characters each piece takes.
Every name is stamped in one typeface, in capital letters, 6 mm (about 1/4 in) tall; the typeface and size can't be changed. On mugs and on the wooden gift box, the name is stamped on a leather plate.

Type it in the name box
On the product page, type the name you want stamped in the "Add the name you want stamped (optional)" box below the color options. Letters switch to capitals as you type, and the counter on the right shows how many characters that piece takes.
If you don't want a name, just leave the box empty. Tap the i next to the box to see these rules there too.

We prepare it just for you
Your piece is prepared and stamped just for you. The ship date shown on the product page already includes this time.
When you build your own set, each piece gets its own name box, so every piece can carry a different name. If you choose the wooden gift box, you can add a name of up to 18 characters on the lid too: it is stamped on a leather plate fixed to the lid with two brass rivets.
Ready-made sets show each piece's name box and character limit on the set's page.
It depends on the piece: 5 to 18 characters, and spaces count. See the list above or the counter on the product page.
What if I type in lowercase?
No problem: your letters switch to capitals automatically. Names are always stamped in capital letters.
Can I choose the typeface or size?
No. Every name is stamped in one typeface, 6 mm (about 1/4 in) tall.
Can I use accented letters?
Accented letters such as É, Ñ or Ü can't be stamped. Please type the plain letter (E, N, U) instead.
Which marks can be stamped?
Besides letters and numbers, we stamp parentheses ( ), a period (.), a hyphen (-), &, @, a slash (/) and a heart ❤; each counts as one character. Other marks (such as ! ? ,) and other emoji can't be typed in the name box.
Can I stamp a date?
Yes. Numbers can be stamped, so you can write a date like 09/20/2026; that takes 10 characters. For a longer message, use the "Add order note" field in your cart.
Can I stamp a logo?
A logo can be prepared as a custom stamp only for corporate bulk orders. Write to us for details.
What if I don't want a name?
Just leave the name box empty, and your piece ships without stamping.
Can I return a stamped piece?
Personalized pieces can't be canceled, returned or exchanged. Pieces without a name can be returned within 14 days.
