Name stamping is free on the enamel mug (13), the flask (18), the coaster (13), the keychain (5) and the box lid (18); the number is the character limit for each piece. Leave a field blank and that piece ships unstamped. The box is tied with jute and sealed with red wax, and you can add your own gift note before checkout.

Honest limits. The mug must never go in a microwave: the body is steel under the enamel. The flask is not insulated, so it will not keep drinks hot or cold. Leather is not waterproof, so wipe off a sweating glass now and then.
Care
- Unsnap the mug's leather wrap before washing, and keep the mug out of the microwave and off the stove.
- Take the flask out of its sleeve before washing; the leather never goes in water or a dishwasher.
- Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth; do not use chemical cleaners.
- The leather darkens and picks up small marks as it is used. That is not a flaw, it is patina.
- Apply leather balm a few times a year to keep the leather supple.

Is the mug microwave safe?
No. The body is steel under the enamel, so it must never go in a microwave, and the leather should not go near a stove. Unsnap the wrap and wash the mug by hand.
Does the flask keep drinks hot?
No. It is a stainless steel flask, not an insulated bottle, so a hot drink will cool and a cold one will warm up. The screw cap is sealed and attached to the body, so it does not get lost.
Can I return a personalized set?
Pieces stamped with a name are made for one person, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. An unstamped set can be returned within 14 days, and we send you the return label.
